This line -- "is basically like doing yoga – or anything really – in the middle of Times Square in mid-July." -- oooo, that line made my body remember what that felt like!!! That analogy made it easier to feel like what it might be like in your yoga studio :)

Wow, there is quite a bit to unpack here.

Straight off the bat, I'm going to say this - YOU ARE NEVER TOO OLD TO START ANYTHING. If you feel that rush of excitement, then you know you gotta do it.

I see a lot of personal growth here, Mafe, and I want to acknowledge you for it. From getting into Yoga to letting go of your inner perfectionist, you deserve a round of applause. I'm clapping here in India—hopefully you can hear it!

This is such a lovely piece of writing, Mafe! The bit at the end about letting go of the perfectionist is so relatable - I can picture your students really enjoying a class that wasn’t so perfectly sequenced and scripted.
