Wow this all resonates! I appreciate the CPR metaphor. My counselor and I call a related tendency “dress rehearsing tragedy” - something originally coined by Brené Brown, I think. Also surprised to learn that you’ve historically considered yourself all left-brain. I think of you as one soulful creative!
